1. Digital Marketing Manager
• Location: Austin, Texas (Remote options available)
• Job Description: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute JRFU’s online marketing strategy, focusing on expanding our digital presence across social media, websites, and digital advertising.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the JRFU website and social media channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for rugby is a plus.
2. Event Coordinator
• Location: Austin, Texas
• Job Description: As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing JRFU events, such as rugby tournaments, training camps, and conferences. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute rugby-related events.
• Liaise with venues, vendors, and sponsors.
• Manage event budgets and logistics.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for attendees and participants.
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Rugby Development Officer
• Location: Japan (Remote work possible)
• Job Description: The Rugby Development Officer will work to promote rugby at the grassroots level and build partnerships with local rugby clubs and schools to increase participation in the sport.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programs to introduce rugby in schools.
• Work closely with regional rugby clubs to enhance rugby skills.
• Promote rugby education and coaching certifications.
• Collaborate with sponsors and local authorities to expand the sport’s reach.
• Qualifications:
• Knowledge of rugby, both at grassroots and professional levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in sports development or coaching is a plus.
